Can you earn a GED online?  Can you just go to a website and study the GED (General Equivalency Diploma)?  Are there test sites on the Internet for passing the GED?

The number of high school dropouts is heartbreaking.  Some people estimate the national high school drop out rate is 30%.  In large urban areas, high school drop out rates are in the solid 40 % range.

On my city block in Chicago, I've met one family alone that has 3 sons and two daughters.  I don't know about the daughters but all three of the sons dropped out of high school.  Alarming.
